Request Account & Data Deletion

At Coshot, we prioritize your privacy and transparency. Whether you choose to leave us via the mobile app or through our web portal, we ensure your data is handled with the highest security standards.

Delete your account (all account types)

This deletes your CoShot account and the data linked to it, including any Instagram data. It cannot be undone.

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Go to Profile (bottom tab).
3. Tap the ⋮ (three-dots) menu in the top-right corner.
4. Select Delete Account (the red option).
5. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered phone number.
6. Tap Submit & Delete Account.

If the OTP expires, wait for the timer to finish and tap Resend OTP. Once your OTP is verified, you are logged out and your account is deleted.

Submit a Web Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, use this form to initiate the process.

If an account exists with the provided details, your deletion request will be processed immediately.

What Happens Next

Our security team validates your request within 24 hours.
The deletion process typically takes 3–7 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the request is complete.

Data Transparency

Personal profile, identity records, and activity logs are permanently purged.
Financial transaction data is retained for tax and legal compliance.
Booking history required for statutory records may be retained under regulations.

Important Notes

Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any necessary information before submitting. One request per account only; duplicate requests may delay the process
