Question 1

How do I book a studio?

Accepted Answer

Open a studio, pick a date and slot, and complete checkout. Confirmed bookings show under My Bookings.

Question 2

How do I cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Buyers cancel from the booking until the slot starts. Studio owners contact support to cancel a booking; Coshot cancels it with a full refund to the customer.

Question 3

When will I receive my refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds follow the booking money path after a cancellation or a resolved dispute. Timing depends on the payment provider, not Coshot holding the funds.
